Combo-Lite® - Truly a lamp that was before its time! This is the world’s first ‘full spectrum’ lamp, designed back in the 1960s. The Combo-Lite® series paired the warm glow of an incandescent bulb, with that of a white fluorescent tube. The resulting color mix was the first representation of what is now known as ‘full spectrum lighting’. Made in the USA.
A true, natural daylight effect is achieved when both the incandescent and fluorescent bulbs are on simultaneously. Balanced lighting like this provides near natural color and good work lighting. Used for years in drafting, graphic arts and single desk top lighting, this versatile light provides a variety of lighting options. While no incandescent bulb is provided, it does ship with our high output 22 watt fluorescent bulb. For very specialized applications, an Ultraviolet bulb can also be specified. Dual switch control allows the bulbs to operate independently. The Combo-Lite® is available in three different arm lengths, with various mounting choices available.
